WesternU Trustee Earns Promotion

Good Neighbor Pharmacy, a network of more than 3,700 independently owned and operated community pharmacies, announced the creation of a new position, with Mike Quick named as National Vice President, Good Neighbor Pharmacy Development.

Quick, who serves on the Western University of Health Sciences Board of Trustees, will be responsible for securing new business and retaining existing customers through the expansion of Good Neighbor Pharmacy throughout the U.S. and Canada by facilitating acquisitions, ownership transfers, expansions, and start-ups of independent pharmacies and small to medium size chains with the goals of preserving and growing business through expanding the Good Neighbor Pharmacy membership.

Quick is recognized as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly independent pharmacy. He was part of the team that created the Good Neighbor Pharmacy network for Bergen Brunswig, a legacy company of AmerisourceBergen. Quick has also established partnerships between Good Neighbor Pharmacy and several university pharmacy programs.
