Western University of Health Sciences, in conjunction with Community of

Christ Church, is hosting a series of free Health and Wellness

Workshops. The informative sessions feature noted lecturer, physician,

and Assistant Professor at Western University of Health Sciences David

Redding DO, MS, RPT.

“”These workshops are designed to explain the cause of many diseases and

present lifestyle changes that anyone can start implementing immediately

to gain better health,”” said Dr. Redding. “”This series will start with a

Self-Assessment to determine both the cause of a person’s diseases and

then a plan to improve one’s health.””

The first installment of this lecture series will be held on Saturday,

August 12, 2006 at 3:30 p.m. Saturday’s topic will focus on Diet and

Exercise. Dr. Redding will discuss and answer questions on the

correlation between diet, exercise and wellbeing.

So far, there are six sessions of this series scheduled. They will be

held on the second Saturdays of every month. The other sessions will

focus on arthritis, hypertension, heart disease, vision, hearing and

headaches, and the mind, body, spirit connection.

“”All of the workshops are free and it is our hope that the mystery of

health and disease can be better explained and therefore modified to

optimize health,”” said Dr. Redding

All are welcome to attend these informative and interactive Health and

Wellness sessions. For more information, please contact Rosie Murphy at
