Several Western University of Health Sciences alumni are featured in the September 2013 edition of Inland Empire magazine’s annual “The Top Doctors in the Inland Empire” list.

Two College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific alumni made the “Top Doctors” list: John Branch, DO ’85, who works in a family practice in Riverside, and Jeffrey Ries, DO ’84, who practices neurology in Upland.

The magazine also conducted a “Your Favorite Doctors” readers’ poll. Mentioned in that section were: Steven Barag, MSHPE ’87, family practice in Rancho Cucamonga; Colin Christensen, DO ’07, general practice in Corona; Mark Shiu, DO ’03, family practice in Rancho Cucamonga; Tiffany Anderson Terrell, DO ’02, family practice in Chino; Jana Webb, DO ’99, pediatrics in Riverside; and Mark Welch, DO ’03, psychiatry in Rancho Cucamonga.

Tonda D. Bradshaw, DO ’91, internal medicine in Redlands, is featured in a Q&A.

Included in a special advertising section: James M. Lally, DO ’91, president and chief medical officer of Chino Valley Medical Center; Steven Barag, MSHPE ’87, family practice in Rancho Cucamonga; Mark Shiu, DO ’03, family practice in Rancho Cucamonga; and Cynthia Moreno, DO ’00, family medicine in Chino Hills.

The results are based on a survey conducted by the Center for the Study of Services, based in Washington, D.C. The center surveys roughly 340,000 physicians to find out which specialists they would want to care for a loved one.
