Congratulations to the American Physical Therapy Association student members in the DPT classes of 2013, 2012, and 2011 for achieving Silver Status in the APTA’s Student Membership Challenge. WesternU was recognized on page 8 in the Friday, June 10 edition of the Daily News "E"-dition of PT 2011 Daily News from the APTA’s Annual Conference and Exposition held recently in National Harbor, Maryland.

Towne & Gown Golf Classic Raises More Than $15,000

WesternU’s Towne & Gown Golf Classic raised more than $15,000 to benefit the University Scholarship Fund, thanks to the generosity of sponsor T.F. Chen, DDS, who underwrote the entire golf fundraiser.

Ninety-two golfers participated in the scramble-format tournament on Monday, June 20, 2011, at the Glendora Country Club, which got underway with a shotgun start at noon. Click here to read the full story and to view a slideshow.
