College of Allied Health Professions holds Skills Lab

The College of Allied Health Professions held a Physician Assistant and Physical Therapy Skills Lab on Wednesday Nov. 19.

Department of Physical Therapy Education faculty demonstrated state-of-the-art equipment, including a motorized traction unit and ultrasound therapy equipment.

Department of Physician Assistant Education faculty displayed some of the equipment used to teach students hands-on procedures such as drawing blood, suturing and examining the head, eyes, ears, nose and throat (HEENT).
