Effective January 15, on-site management of The Daumier at WesternU was assumed by Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM), replacing Campus Living Villages (CLV). The transition to new management of the student housing complex began on Friday, January 16.

COCM is a group of housing professionals focused on providing management and consulting services for student housing owned by non-profit foundations, colleges and universities. COCM provides management services for more than 24,000 students on 27 campuses across the United States, reflecting $1.6 billion in physical assets. The company is respected in the industry for its customer service, its dedication to student success, and its ability to adapt to different campus environments.

During the management transition, residents of The Daumier should not expect any interruption of services, and will be notified of any changes. All are welcome to stop by The Daumier office to meet Interim Director Joe Cantona.
