WesternU CVM professor assists WHO in Neglected Tropical Diseases

College of Veterinary Medicine Professor Malika Kachani has been invited by the World Health Organization (WHO) to assist with the preparation of a document on One Health for the control and elimination of Neglected Tropical Diseases, to supplement the WHO Roadmap for Neglected Tropical Diseases. Dr. Kachani has been working with the WHO on Neglected Tropical Diseases, particularly Neglected Zoonotic Diseases, and is a member of the WHO Panel of Experts in zoonotic Diseases.
