Our Western University family continues to grieve the growing loss of life and human suffering from the cyclone and earthquake devastations in Myanmar and China.

I would like to reiterate that we are standing with you, and are ready to help if any of your family members have been affected by these tragedies.

During the week of May 27th, a box will be available on campus (location to be announced that week) for voluntary donations to international relief agencies serving affected people in these countries. In addition, on Wednesday, May 28 at 5 p.m., the Western University Chamber Singers will perform in the Student Commons of the HPC, and a donation box for Myanmar/China relief will be available there as well. Please consider giving generously to provide aid in this humanitarian effort.

Philip Pumerantz, PhD

President
